What information do we collect?
V2V Angling Productions Ltd. collect information about you if you contact us with a sales enquiry, or if you purchase from V2V Angling Productions Ltd. in addition to the above, we also ask for delivery address, and payment method details. The information you provide is solely to enable us to process your order and provide a high level of customer service. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
Why do we need to collect this data?
When you make a purchase to one of our digital subscriptions or standalone digital media products we need to keep certain personal information (data) on file in order for the product to work and the digital media services to function.
Access to and the delivery of our online videos and eMags are controlled by rights. When an individual makes a purchase of a video and or eMag or purchases a recurring subscription they are purchasing a licence to download or stream the media for their own personal use. To maintain a record of who has licensed access to our products we use the purchaser’s email address and IP address together with any accompanying username that they use when purchasing the product. We also are required to be able to keep a record of the purchasers country of origin for taxation purposes so we also collect and keep this information.
What will the data be used for?
When buying, your personal details will be used to help us process your order.We will send you exclusive V2V Angling Productions Ltd. emails, which will inform you about our new products of renewals, events, discounts and offers. If you do not wish to receive email from V2V Angling Productions Ltd. simply unsubscribe from the email at any time by sending an email to info@v2vangling.co.uk with the word "unsubscribe"in the subject line or follow the unsubscribe information at the foot of every email V2V Angling Productions Ltd. send.
It is not our policy to pass your e-mail address or details to other traders. We will not disclose your data to any other organisation and will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. We only use personal email addresses to communicate regarding the relevant purchase and updating information regarding the subscription or products purchased.
Consent
In order to do this we require your consent to the information you give us being processed for any of the purposes we have explained above except where we have received your "unsubscribe" email. Consent is a requirement of processing or subscribing to a digital eMag or video purchase. If you are registered user of the V2V Angling website you are free to update your preferences from within your member area or profile.
