Experienced angling photo-journalists Brian Gay and Steve Lockett created the V2V Angling Production company to create a new dimension in instructional angling DVDs.

"As anglers we wanted to create the sort of detailed, comprehensive instruction of angling techniques that we ourselves would like to see. We don't gloss over a number of methods in short 60 minute productions, we deal with methods thoroughly one production at a time so you can really learn from the experts. You can't be there in person with the likes of Will Raison and Neil Machin but our philosophy is to do the next best thing creating programmes to make you feel like you have been there on the bank learning first hand from the stars. Each feature length DVD begins indoors with a detailed tackle and bait preparation session before venturing onto the bank for a session covered from start to finish. Nothing staged, just as it happens angling so you get to see and hear how the stars deal with the conditions, the tactics and feeding plus of course the end result. Each DVD is easily navigable using comprehensive menus with the key aspects chapterised for quick location. Footage features graphical overlays and rig diagrams to enhance the viewing process.
